All Sales Final
Every piece sold through AloeDesigner is authenticated, photographed, and described with full transparency before listing. Because each item is unique and sourced from private collections, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstance.
Authentication Guarantee
We guarantee 100% authenticity on every item. Each piece undergoes a multi-point inspection by trained authenticators before it is listed. If an item is ever found to be inauthentic, we will work with you directly to resolve the matter at our discretion — this is not a refund policy, but a commitment to the integrity of our curation.
Shipping & Insurance
All orders ship fully insured with discreet packaging and global tracking from the moment they leave the atelier. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery. Shipping timelines are estimates; delays due to customs or carrier issues are outside our control.
Condition & Descriptions
Every listing includes detailed condition notes and high-resolution photography. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the item's described condition and accept it as represented.
Privacy
We collect only the information necessary to fulfill orders and communicate with you. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe.
